2004 Rolex Explorer II "Polar" - 16570 - $7,850

As White As Polar Snow

When you hear a Rolex watch referred to as “The Polar Explorer”, the reference 16570 with a white dial is what they are talking about.

The Explorer II was developed in the 1970s for cave explorers. Featuring a fixed 24-hour bezel and coordinating red arrow GMT hand on the dial to allow cavers to distinguish between day and night hours.

For most wearers , the GMT complication is best served to track a second time zone.

This 2004 Explorer II has been really well looked after and lightly worn. The bracelet is tight, the case is sharp and crown on the bracelet well defined - all signs of light wear. Bezel is in very good condition.

Watch has received a movement service, pressure test and a light polish to remove hairline scratches.

Features a no holes case, solid end links and a bracelet fitting just over a 7.5" wrist.

Watch comes with Oct 2004 warranty papers, Explorer booklet and leather watch roll.
